I'd like to draw your attention to the fact that the Request for Proposals 
for hosting APRICOT 2005 has recently been published and is available on 
the APRICOT website (www.apricot.net).

As stated in the RFP, proposals for hosting APRICOT 2005 should be 
submitted to apricot-rfp@apricot.net before the 1st of November 2003, with 
the final decision being made by the 15th of December 2003. Should you have 
any questions not answered sufficiently by the RFP, please do not hesitate 
to ask, preferably by sending e-mail to the apricot-rfp@apricot.net mailbox.

May I also take this opportunity to remind you that APRICOT 2004 takes 
place in Kuala Lumpur at the end of February. For more information, please 
consult www.apricot2004.net, the conference website.
