According to descr field this code used to represent United Arab Emirates.
As far as I know the UA country code is assigned to Ukraine and no one country
can use this code too. So, United Arab Emirates must have other code (I
didn't found which one).

How can it be?
The ISO3166 code for the United Arab Emirates is AE. Looks like someone got confused when they filled out the inetnum template.
