[apnic-talk]Something strange found in apnic database

In process of parsing subnet records in apnic.db.inetnum I found at least two
subnets, that have a UA country code:

inetnum: 202.52.203.128 - 202.52.203.207
netname: Sandra
descr: Diamond Technology- Sandra Site 1 add1
descr: P.O. Box 30312 Dubai
descr: United Arab Emirates
country: UA
admin-c: FH79-AP
tech-c: FH79-AP
mnt-by: MAINT-HK-GUO
status: Allocated non-portable
changed: guo@pc-matrix.com 20021219
source: APNIC

inetnum: 202.52.197.16 - 202.52.197.31
netname: Perce
descr: Diamond Technology - perce Site 1 add1
descr: P.O. Box 30312 Dubai
descr: United Arab Emirates
country: UA
admin-c: FH79-AP
tech-c: FH79-AP
mnt-by: MAINT-HK-GUO
status: Allocated non-portable
changed: guo@pc-matrix.com 20021219
source: APNIC

According to descr field this code used to represent United Arab Emirates.
As far as I know the UA country code is assigned to Ukraine and no one country
can use this code too. So, United Arab Emirates must have other code (I
didn't found which one).

How can it be?
