This is at least a disingenuous statement to say the least. Past archivesof your own
arin mailing list will prove this out quite clearly Kim. I am
very disappointed in you that you would make such a blatant false statement
to this effect. And many of us on this list have pointed this out time and time
again.

Possibly. However is history is any guide, Milton is correct. As with the
formationof ARIN from the IANA it would appear that Milton's statement rings
surpassingly
true in that Jon Postel sits on the ARIN board.

And this very statement almost assures that in the case of ARIN, ARIN staff
memberswill be in those very NewCo board seats in that those ISP's and others that are
not
ARIN's members have no say in what or whom has seats or votes for ARIN, which
is by definition not a Stakeholder organization.
