APNIC service maintenance

Dear colleagues

APNIC will perform a software upgrade to the mail ticketing system on:

    2 June 2008 16:00 to 3 June 2008 09:00 UTC+10


Affected services
-----------------

During the upgrade period:

    - Incoming mail to helpdesk, billing, hostmaster and a few other
      email addresses will be delayed
    - MyAPNIC correspondence functions will be disabled
    - The IPv4 address request form will be disabled
                                                                       

Unaffected services
-------------------

    - DNS queries will operate normally
    - Whois database queries will operate normally
    - All other services are unaffected

We apologise for any inconvenience this upgrade work may cause.
