election closes in 24 hours, at 9:00am UTC+8 (Perth time) on  
Wednesday 1 March 2006.

Only registered corporate contacts may vote online. For more details,

PROXY VOTING

If you are not able to vote online or attend the AMM, you can appoint  
a proxy to represent you at the meeting. Proxy forms are available at:
