[Apnic-announce] APNIC EC endorses policy decisions from APNIC20

Dear Colleagues,

At their teleconference on 25 November, the APNIC Executive Council  
(EC) considered the policy proposals which had reached consensus at  
both APNIC 20 and during the subsequent comment period on the mailing  
lists. The proposals endorsed by the EC are listed below:

   [prop-005-v005] - Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA)  
policy for allocation of IPv6 blocks to Regional Internet Registries

   [prop-030-v002] - Deprecation of ip6.int reverse DNS service in  
APNIC

   [prop-031-v002] - Proposal to amend APNIC IPv6 assignment and  
utilisation requirement policy

SIG and Member Meeting discussions are available on the policy

This is the final stage in the policy development process before  
implementation.
