[Apnic-announce] Upcoming APNIC system maintenance - temporarydisruptions scheduled for 5 June 2004

Dear colleagues

The APNIC Secretariat has scheduled maintenance and upgrade work on some
APNIC's systems, to be performed on Saturday 5 June 2004.

The details of work are as follows:

 Certification Authority system
--------------------------------
APNIC will upgrade its Certification Authority system on Saturday 5 June
2004. The registration site (https://www.apnic.net/ca) will not be available
while this upgrade is being performed. Certification Authority services will
resume on 6 June.

 Other general maintenance
--------------------------------
APNIC is also conducting a series of maintenance procedures on Saturday 5
June 2004, from 10:00am - 10:15am and 12:00pm to 12:15pm (UTC + 10 hrs).
During those times, access to the following services will be disrupted:
    -  www.apnic.net
    -  whois queries
    -  whois updates
    -  mail service (receipt and delivery)
    -  DNS


We apologise for any inconvenience these disruptions may cause. For queries
on the maintenance, please contact technical@apnic.net
