Well, it depends on what you mean by "accepted", but we don't have to have
that discussion here and now. Let's talk in Manila.
I can just say that there are a number of things in the green paper that
CORE, POC, ISOC and IANA does not agree with mr Magaziner on, even though
the general plan is almost exactly what IAHC/POC have in our papers.
Details are missing though -- and the devil is in the details unfortunately.
